Legal basis

Your data is processed on the basis of being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract and legitimate interest under KVKK art. 5/2, together with the explicit consent you give through the checkbox on our forms.

Transfers

Your personal data is not transferred to third parties in Turkey or abroad except where required by law.

Retention

Your data is kept for a reasonable period after your request is concluded and within statutory retention periods, after which it is deleted.
